When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, then delivered in 8-18 business days to Canada or 6-14 business days to the USA. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do your products ship from?

Products ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than big retailers - and why we can keep prices fair.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order, if it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us first with your order number and we'll send instructions. See our full refund policy.
